Mansfield Crane is owned and operated by Trapper Wyman after he and his late father Edward Wyman founded Mansfield Crane service in 1998. Although Mansfield Crane had some rocky beginnings to start, the early struggles have shaped our company to always be ready and prepared to adapt when unfavorable circumstances arise. No greater example of this was when Wyman came home from High School just two weeks before graduating and heard the news from his father that they sold the house he grew up in to start a crane company. It was at this moment Wyman had to pivot from college dreams to crane curriculum. He and his father learned quickly that this would not be an easy endeavor, so they went to work.
